How to Apply

The 2012-2013 Application for Admission consists of the application plus four (4) required recommendation forms. Note that each recommendation form consist of two (2) pages.

The Application for Admission is to be filled out by the parent/guardian and student and returned to the Office of Admissions along with your Application Fee of $125. The recommendation forms must be sent or given to the appropriate recommender as noted at the top of each form.

Please provide your recommending teachers with a return envelope addressed to:
